Graeme Keyes

Graeme Keyes was born in Derry and lives in Dublin. Keyes first entered the glamorous world of cartooning a quarter of a century ago… girls, fast cars, yachts Keyes has drawn them all.

He is currently editorial cartoonist with the Irish Daily Mail and the Mail on Sunday where he also writes the strip “D4″. He has been a contributor to Phoenix Magazine for 25 years and is a Private Eye regular. He has won a number of awards including more recently Political Humorist of the Year in 2006, and has published three collections: Hung Like a Small Chicken, Eye Ball Soup and So… Graeme Keyes.

Occupation: Getting fired from various jobs (especially marketing).

Hobbies: Pointing out Eire Nua’s many pretensions (see occupation). The odd pint.
